Job Summary
We are a growing concrete product casting company looking for additional member of staff to work in manufacturing.

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Assistant to join our production team. This positing is a labour intensive position within a team, as a growing company there is plenty of opportunity for new roles and progression within the team. .

Ideally looking to start someone within the next 3 weeks but depending on finding the right person, this can be adjusted. . Interviews will take place via in-person on the 10th June.

Key Responsibilities:

De-moulding concrete products from moulds safely and efficiently
Casting concrete products, filling the moulds with concrete
Preparing samples to be sent to customers
Wrapping and preparing pallets for shipping or storage
Assisting with casting concrete products and learning production processes
Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organised
Following all safety procedures and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Physically fit and capable of lifting and manual handling
Good attention to detail
Punctual and reliable
