About the role: Parts Advisor (Wilmslow)

Location: Wilmslow

Salary: National Minimum Wage + £2,000 guaranteed annual bonus

Full Time, Permanent position

Hours: Permanent- Average 41.33 hours per week (40 hours Monday to Friday and 4 hours 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings)

Your Responsibilities

Purchase parts and consumables to maximise profit and over achieve targets.
Satisfy all customer requirements and increase all aspects of the parts business through Direct selling.
Be fully conversant with all procedures within the Parts Department.

What we're looking for

Parts Experience with BMW / Prestige dealership
Vehicle knowledge with BMW / Prestige dealership
Excellent communication and customer liaison skills
Experience communicating with Senior Managers
Ability to communicate the Companies products and services in a professional and timely manner
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ability to work within a team environment
Ability to use own initiative
Computer Literate – Word packages and Drive
Full valid UK driving licence
