Job Title: Regional Furniture Sales Manager (Greater Manchester)
Location: Stockport, Stretford + New Store
Pay: OTE £42,000 - £50,000 (Base salary + commission)
Working Hours: Full-time

Position Overview

Commission & bonuses paid out the SAME MONTH! Yep you heard that right, not the typical 2-4 month wait you get in most furniture sales roles, we reward you for your hard work straight away.

We're looking for a motivated and experienced sales leader to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the performance of no more than 3 stores. We expect a sharp salesman with furniture selling pedigree, as how else can you recruit, train and manage 3 teams of furniture sales teams!

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting High Quality Sales Talent
Training New Starters
Developing Sales Skills of Existing Teams
Ensuring high store standards in your region
Ensuring you sell at least £30,000 a month

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 year of furniture sales experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Enthusiastic and eager to be part of a young growing company.
Team player with a proactive attitude.

What We Offer

£30,000 base salary
OTE of £42,000 - £50,000.
