Overview
We are seeking a experienced and professional Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional guest services and have a keen eye for detail. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills in nail artistry, management, and customer care within a welcoming environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality nail treatments while also engaging in social media management and upselling services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

Duties

Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics. .
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and handling enquiries efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health regulations.
Upsell additional services such as specialised nail designs or beauty treatments to maximise client satisfaction and revenue.
Provide excellent guest services by understanding client needs, offering personalised advice, and ensuring a memorable experience.
Assist with management tasks when required, including stock control and organising promotional events.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong management skills with the ability to oversee daily operations effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Ability to upsell services tactfully to enhance client experience while increasing revenue.
