Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing front desk operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your hospitality skills in a dynamic environment, ensuring seamless communication and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and guests in a courteous and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Handle guest enquiries, providing accurate information and assistance as required.
Maintain the reception area in an organised and tidy condition at all times.
Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing bookings, and processing correspondence.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Utilise multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Support the organisation of events or meetings by preparing necessary materials and arrangements.

Skills

Proven experience in a reception or guest services role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, approachable demeanour with a professional attitude at all times.
Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service principles is advantageous.
Proficiency in relevant computer software such as MS Office or booking systems is preferred. This position provides an engaging work environment where exceptional interpersonal skills are valued and developed further. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences within a professional setting.
Knowledge of RMS is advantageous although not essential as full training will be given.

We run a bonus scheme through the months of July and August which can see an additional 10% added to your earnings.

This is an all year round fixed-term position.
