Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Food Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all aspects of food production, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement production plans using ERP systems such as SAP and MRP to meet customer demands efficiently.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
Manage daily plant operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and supply chain management.
Monitor key performance indicators related to manufacturing efficiency, quality control, and supply chain analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process improvements, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
Oversee equipment maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing or food processing environment.
