The Opportunity

We’re looking for experienced, motivated Used Car Sales Executives to help drive our continued growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working independently and as part of a team, and you’re hungry to maximise your earnings, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

You’ll be backed by a supportive management team, one-to-one sales coaching from Management and Product Account Managers, and a trusted brand with over 53 years of success behind it. This isn’t about pressure; it’s about giving you the tools, the stock, and the structure to earn serious money.

What You’ll Be Doing

Welcoming and guiding customers through the buying journey
Using a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
Presenting finance options, warranty, paint protection, and ceramic products
Working toward and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs
Selling high volumes of vehicles whilst maintaining consistently high levels of add-on products to maximise PPU
Building long-lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
Collaborating with a friendly and professional team to hit shared goals

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of car sales experience (Motor Trade essential)
A confident, customer-focused approach with great people skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and optimistic mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-led environment
Comfortable selling high volumes of vehicles and consistently achieving high levels of add-on products
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
A true team player with a willingness to learn and grow
Full UK driving licence required
Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
