Full job description

Location: Montrose (GSK site)
Shift: 37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, with weekend rota

We're looking for a Technical Services Manager to join our Montrose site, leading the delivery of engineering excellence and overseeing technical services across a high-profile client contract.

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver professional engineering services across reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring excellence and compliance at all times
Lead, manage and develop the site technical team, fostering a positive and high-performing working environment
Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong relationships and ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs
Oversee contractor and supplier performance, ensuring cost-effective and efficient service delivery
Drive continuous improvement, including energy-saving initiatives and operational enhancements

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience within a technical or engineering environment, with strong knowledge of health and safety (IOSH or NEBOSH desirable)
Experience using CMMS systems such as SAP or similar
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage service delivery within a client-facing role
