TEAM LEADER

Location: Nythfa House, Brecon, Powys, LD3 7NN

Contract: Full Time - Permanent

Salary: £13.21 per hour

Live in: Live in accommodation available inclusive of all bills, 3 meals per day, Laundry & Free Wifi

What will you be doing:

Working in our Nythfa Country House we provide a retreat for up to 43 guests who stay with us for guided or self-guided walking tour holidays. Your role will be to support the house managers to manage and supervise the front of house team. You will be involved in inducting new household staff, general administration, ensuring health & Safety and Fire Policies are adhered to and potentially undergo additional training to become a First Aider or Pool Emergency Responder. Our Team Leaders also help preparing guest rooms and public areas, serving meals in our dining room and adding to the charm of our hospitality by assisting in the delivery of Afternoon Tea. Our Team Leaders also assist in the preparation of picnic lunches, which our guests' love for their outdoor adventures. Our entire team gets involved in the heart of guest interactions, and we all work together to provide an atmosphere where guests feel cared for and attended to

About you:

We would love to hear from you if you have these essential skills:

Experience in a similar, supervisory level role in a busy hotel or guest house
Good leadership skills and teamwork ethic
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to communicate effectively.
Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
