Job Summary:
RR Printer UK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Graphic Design & Creative Manager to lead the company's creative strategy, oversee graphic design projects, and manage a team of designers in delivering high-quality visual communications. The role focuses on developing innovative branding and print solutions, ensuring creative excellence, and supporting business growth through impactful design.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative department and oversee graphic design, branding, and print production projects
Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives
Manage the creation of digital and print marketing materials, packaging, corporate branding, and promotional assets
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual communications and customer-facing materials
Collaborate with marketing, sales, production, and external clients to deliver creative solutions
Oversee project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and resource allocation
Stay informed on design trends, printing technologies, and emerging creative tools
Mentor, coach, and develop graphic designers and creative professionals

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Creative Media, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
Extensive experience in graphic design, creative leadership, branding, or print production management
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other professional design software
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, print production processes, digital design, and brand development
Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple creative projects while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting deadlines
