Full job description

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our dedicated care team. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care in a safe and supportive environment.

Candidate should be trained in SystenOne (Clinical Software)

Clinical Responsibilities

Perform NHS Health Checks.
Record patient observations including:
Blood pressure
Pulse
Oxygen saturation
Height, weight, and BMI
Undertake new patient health checks.
Conduct smoking status assessments and provide brief lifestyle advice.
Support patients with weight management and healthy living advice.
Prepare and maintain clinical rooms and equipment.
Undertake wound care and dressing changes (where appropriately trained). trained and competent).
Chaperone patients during examinations and procedures.
Ensure accurate clinical records are maintained using the practice clinical system.
Recognise and report abnormal findings promptly to the appropriate clinician.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
