Full job description

Overview

Harbour Shipping, one of the UK’s leading companies in the provision of European shipping and transport related services, is seeking to recruit an Administration / European Tolls Assistant to assist in all aspects of our client and supplier administration and European tunnel and toll services, working from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

The role will involve time being spent on both departments.

Communicating directly with our company’s suppliers and clients and liaising with all internal departments, this position would suit someone with an outgoing personality, who is numerate, articulate and able to work as part of a busy team.

Experience would be an advantage but is not necessary as full training will be given.

Based at our office in Whitfield, this position offers a starting salary of £25,000 per annum with a review in December 2026, twenty two days annual holiday, a pension scheme and prospects for career progression within our group of companies.

Job Types: Temporary to Permanent, Full-time
