You will be:
✔ Working at height on rope systems
✔ Supervising rope access operations
✔ Carrying out commercial window cleaning
✔ Working weekends when required

The Role
We are looking for an experienced IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician to join our growing access team.
You will be responsible for:
- Rope access window cleaning on commercial buildings
- Supervising and mentoring Level 1 & 2 technicians
- Setting up, inspecting, and managing rope systems
- Interpreting and implementing RAMS
- Maintaining exceptional health & safety standards
- Driving company vehicles to sites across Scotland
This role suits a technician who leads from the front and takes ownership of safety and quality.

What We’re Looking For
Essential
✔ IRATA certification (Level 3)
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ Proven rope access experience on commercial sites
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Ability to interpret and enforce RAMS
✔ High level of health & safety awareness
