The Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will assist the Pharmacist in all aspects of the smooth running of the busy Pharmacy to ensure that prescriptions are received, checked and dispensed accurately and in a timely manner, and that customers receive an efficient and friendly service. Duties include greeting and serving customers, ensuring shelves are tidy & fully stocked, ordering and receiving stock, signing up all eligible patients for available services and assisting with dispensary duties as required.

You will be based within our Troon branch.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package including 23 days’ holiday plus statutory days.

Requirements

As well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail, both independently and as part of the team, you will be adaptable, flexible and hardworking, with a confident and friendly manner, demonstrating both excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

Pharmacy experience is desirable, but not essential.

Applicants must be able to work Monday to Saturday as per the Pharmacy rota.

Pay: £26,915.00 per year
