Overview

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Stylist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the beauty and grooming industry to develop their skills in a professional environment. The Junior Stylist will support senior stylists, assist clients, and contribute to creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. A strong focus on customer service, communication, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Assist senior stylists with haircuts, colouring, and styling services, ensuring client satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients, answering queries, and maintaining a friendly demeanour.
Support salon management with daily operations to ensure smooth business flow.
Participate in mentoring programmes to develop technical skillsin hairdressing
Upsell products and additional services to enhance client experience and maxim
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and retail areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
Contribute to creating a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Basic knowledge of salon management procedures is advantageous.
Proven ability to upsell products or services while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Organised with good time management skills and the capacity to work effectively as part of a team.
