Overview

Duties

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records
Verify insurance details and process billing information with precision
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a professional environment

Skills

Previous office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills
Administrative experience in a healthcare or medical setting is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with patients and team members
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency with office equipment and basic computer applications such as MS Office or similar software
