Transport Operations Supervisor (Friday to Monday)

Executive Cars provide executive ground transportation to a range of industries including corporate travel, aviation, aerospace, production and sport . This role involves transporting clients safely and comfortably to various destinations while ensuring punctuality and discretion.

As a leading name in premium ground transport, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional service that reflects the prestige of our clients. We are now looking for an experienced Transport Operations Supervisor to join our operations team, a fast-paced and professional environment where precision, communication, and teamwork are key.

In this pivotal role, you will support the operations team in managing our drivers through our advanced despatch system, ensuring every journey is executed seamlessly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of service and enjoys being part of a dynamic, customer-focused team.

This is an extremely fast-paced environment where you will be updating our systems, entering quotations and reservations, carrying out research, gathering information from clients and suppliers, and assisting with a wide range of operational tasks to support our busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling and allocating jobs to drivers
Handle customer enquiries and reservations promptly and professionally
Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Maintain a consistently high level of professionalism and customer service
First point of contact for our drivers

Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the transport or logistics industry (Essential)
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Familiarity with a despatch system (Desirable)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong geographical knowledge of the UK and major airports

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
