Summary:
The Warehouse & Quality Operations Specialist is a hands-on, individual contributor role responsible for executing all warehouse, shipping, quality inspection, and inventory control activities. This role ensures that all incoming and outgoing materials meet company, regulatory, and customer requirements while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards, traceability, and inventory accuracy. The position will report to the Sr. Director, Quality & Operations.
Responsibilities:

Perform warehouse operations, shipping, receiving inspection, inventory management, compliance, and cross-functional coordination.

Support Head of Material & Solutions, EMEA and perform other related duties as assigned, including but not limited to the below:

Warehouse Operations & Material Handling:

Handle, preserve, store, and package materials

Load/unload materials
-
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
-
Pick and process outbound orders
-
Maintain organized storage and safety standards
-
Shipping & Logistics:
-
Prepare shipments and documentation
-
Ensure ATA Spec 300 compliance
-
Coordinate with carriers
-
Resolve shipment discrepancies
-
Receiving & Quality Inspection:
-
Perform receiving and final inspections
-
Verify aviation traceability documentation
-
Process non-conforming material
-
Maintain inspection records
-
Inventory Management:
-
Perform cycle counts and audits
-
Investigate discrepancies
-
Maintain inventory accuracy
-
Manage scrap and reconciliation
-
Systems & Documentation:
-
Process ERP transactions
-
Maintain digital records
-
Ensure document traceability
-
Audit & Compliance:
-
Support audits
-
Ensure ISO / ASA compliance
-
Maintain audit readiness
Qualifications / Requirements:

3–5+ years warehouse / aviation experience
-
Knowledge of aviation documentation
-
ERP experience preferred (Quantum)
-
Forklift certification
