Agriculture and Environment Supervisor

Salary Scale 6: £34,204 - £36,536 per annum

Full Time (37 hours per week) and Permanent

Are you passionate about agriculture and want to shape the next generation of farming talent?

At Bridgend College, we aren’t just teaching the future of agriculture - we’re living it. Across our 66-hectare (160-acre) estate, we run a thriving, hands-on learning environment. We are looking for an experienced agricultural professional to step into a dual role that combines farm management with student mentorship.

What we’re looking for:

Qualifications: Minimum of a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Agriculture.
Experience: Proven background working with agricultural land, machinery, and livestock (sheep, cattle, and pigs).
Leadership: Experience supervising land areas, casual staff, or technicians.
Skills: Strong communication, organisation, digital record-keeping, and problem-solving abilities.
People Focused: Experience working with young people, with the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
