Full job description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: On-site (UK)
Team: Customer Operations (supporting both Customer Service, Order Processing & Transport) / Logistics
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00

We’re looking for a sharp, resilient and solutions-focused Customer Service Representative to join our busy Customer Operations team. This is a full time role working as part of a small, high-impact team keeping customers informed, orders flowing, and delivery issues under control.

You’ll be hands-on with systems, orders, phones, and drivers — everything from processing orders, returns, customer queries, tracking.

What You'll Do

Handle incoming customer queries (phone, email, etc.) and resolve issues promptly
Process customer orders accurately into our systems
Create and manage returns, liaising with customers and warehouse teams
Provide delivery updates and ETA info to customers
Work closely with the transport and warehouse teams to resolve real-time delivery issues
Log, track and follow up on problems until they’re fully resolved

What You’ll Need

Solid admin/operations background, ideally in a customer-facing role
Strong attention to detail — errors cause problems
Confident communicator, written and verbal — you’ll be customer-facing and team-facing
Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple tasks
Proactive mindset — you solve the problem, not just pass it on
Comfortable using systems (ERP, transport platforms, Excel — or ready to learn fast)
