Full job description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering a wide range of spa treatments and exceptional customer care in a professional and welcoming environment.

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality treatments that ensure every guest enjoys a relaxing, rejuvenating, and memorable experience. In addition to treatment services, you may also assist with front desk duties and support the spa’s social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of spa treatments, including:
Deep tissue massage
Facials
Manicures and pedicures
Body scrubs and other body treatments
Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a calm, professional atmosphere
Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in treatment rooms and spa areas
Assist with reception and front desk operations, including bookings and client enquiries
Support social media activities by contributing content and promoting spa services
Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed

Requirements

Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role
Qualified in massage and beauty/spa treatments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for wellness, beauty, and customer care
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Must have ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
