As our business continues to expand, we're looking for an organised, proactive and ambitious individual to join our team. Whilst administration and personal assistant responsibilities will form the foundation of the role, we are also offering the successful candidate the opportunity to train alongside our experienced sales team and develop a career within the luxury watch industry.

The Role

This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You'll support the day-to-day running of the business whilst gaining hands-on experience within luxury watch sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Managing diaries, meetings and appointments for the management team.
Coordinating customer appointments across both showroom locations.
Maintaining spreadsheets, reports and company records.
Managing stock across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Monitoring inventory movements and ensuring listings remain accurate and up to date.
Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email and social media.
Ordering office supplies and coordinating deliveries across both locations.
Preparing documents, reports and presentations.
Supporting the directors with day-to-day administrative and personal assistant duties.
Assisting with showroom preparation for client appointments.
Providing general administrative support across all departments.

Luxury Sales Development

As your knowledge and confidence grow, you'll have the opportunity to:

Train alongside our experienced luxury watch specialists.
Learn about prestigious brands including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille and more.
Build relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Assist with buying, selling and sourcing luxury watches.
Conduct client appointments within our showroom.
Develop into a Luxury Watch Sales Executive with uncapped earning potential through commission.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, professional and hungry to learn.

You will have:

Previous administration or PA experience (preferred).
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A confident and professional manner.
The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
A passion for luxury retail, customer service or sales would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
