1 year Fixed Term contract in the first instance 8 hours 45 minutes per week (1.15pm-3.00pm, Mon-Fri), term time only +1 day Part time – permanent

We would like to appoint a Standback Observer to observe and supervise pupils before, during and after swimming sessions and to ensure the safety of pupils throughout their swimming session.

The candidate will need:

A current Royal Life Saving Society certificate in lifesaving and pool safety (or willingness to work towards)
The ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers.
Excellent communication skills
