Marketing Onboarding AssistantPart-Time Role With Room To Grow
We’re Adrageous Media, a growing marketing agency based in Brighton, and we’re looking for a switched-on, tech-savvy person to help us onboard new clients and get their marketing foundations set up properly.
This is a part-time role to begin with, but for the right person, it could easily grow into a full-time position.
You do not need years of marketing experience. In fact, this could be a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to break into the marketing world and learn how agency work actually happens behind the scenes.
What we do need is someone who is sharp, organised, passionate and genuinely interested in learning. Someone who enjoys figuring things out, likes working with different tools and gets satisfaction from making sure things are set up properly.
You’ll be helping with the practical setup work that happens when a new client joins us. That could include building landing pages, setting up GA4, helping with tracking, preparing client folders, checking websites, connecting forms, uploading content, organising assets and making sure every client starts with the right foundations in place.
We’re not looking for a “marketing guru”. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude who can grow with us.
What You’ll Be Helping With
Setting up and editing landing pages in platforms like WordPress, Elementor and other website builders
Helping set up GA4, Google Tag Manager and basic website tracking
Connecting forms, calendars, CRMs and lead notifications
Uploading client content, images, testimonials and service information
Checking pages for spelling, formatting, links and mobile layout
Supporting basic SEO setup, including page titles, meta descriptions and on-page checks
Organising client folders, onboarding documents and internal checklists
Helping prepare accounts for Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics and reporting
Making sure new client projects are tidy, organised and ready to go live
Supporting the wider team with general marketing and onboarding tasks
About You
You do not need to know everything already. We can teach the technical side.
But you do need to be:
Tech-savvy and confident using online tools
Organised and good at following processes
A quick learner who is not scared to ask questions
Interested in marketing, websites, analytics and automation
Detail-focused and happy checking things properly
Reliable, proactive and easy to communicate with
Passionate about building a career in digital marketing
Comfortable working across different tasks and platforms
The ideal person will be someone who likes solving problems, enjoys learning new systems and wants to become genuinely useful inside a fast-moving agency.
Nice To Have, But Not Essential
Basic knowledge of WordPress or Elementor
Basic understanding of GA4 or Google Tag Manager
Some experience with Canva, Google Drive, spreadsheets or project management tools
An interest in SEO, paid ads, websites or marketing automation
Any previous admin, website, marketing or customer service experience
Again, none of this is essential. The right attitude matters more.
Why Join Adrageous?
You’ll get real hands-on experience inside a growing agency
You’ll learn websites, analytics, tracking, SEO, ads and onboarding properly
You’ll work on real client projects, not fake training tasks
You’ll be supported by a team that can teach you
You’ll have the chance to grow into a bigger role over time
You’ll be joining at a stage where your work can genuinely make an impact
We’re a small but ambitious team, so this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get stuck in, learn quickly and grow with the agency.
