About The Role

We’re recruiting a full-time Finance Assistant to join our Group Finance team based in Brighton. This role offers exposure to a wide range of financial processes, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their understanding of how finance supports wider business operations.

In this role, you will:

Prepare and complete reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances where required
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, resolve queries and support finance-related queries
Ensure consistent adherence to finance processes and controls
Support month-end activities and help the Group achieve reporting timelines and targets

About You

You will be driven, enthusiastic and committed with a proven track record, demonstrate potential excellence and a desire to go above and beyond.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a Finance Assistant role (desirable, not essential)
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy
Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively and independently
A determined character who takes ownership of work and sees tasks through to completion
Ability to build excellent rapport with both internal and external international stakeholders
Professional business conduct in person, on the telephone, and written communication
Strong Excel skills, use of pivot tables, and v-lookup function would be preferable
Strong numerical skills
