Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook nutritious and delicious meals for a professional football player, focusing on Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, with some Asian influences.
Develop personalized meal plans that adhere to nutritional guidelines suitable for an athlete’s performance and recovery needs.
Collaborate closely with the client to understand their dietary preferences, restrictions, and goals.
Source high-quality, fresh ingredients, ensuring all meals are prepared with the utmost attention to quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations and best practices.
Stay informed about the latest trends in nutrition and culinary techniques to continually enhance meal offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a chef, ideally in a private or high-profile setting, with expertise in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.
Experience working with professional athletes or a strong understanding of sports nutrition is highly desirable.
