Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Arborist - Team Leader to oversee tree care projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of arboriculture and proficiency with various tools and machinery. This role offers an opportunity to lead a team in delivering high-quality arboricultural services while ensuring safety and efficiency on all projects.

Duties

Lead and supervise a team of arborists. to complete tree pruning, removal, planting, and general tasks.
Operate and maintain equipment.
Conduct site assessments to determine the best approach for tree work projects
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards
Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance
Provide training and mentorship to team members to promote skill development and safety awareness

Requirements

Proven experience in arboriculture with a focus on leadership roles
Strong understanding of Arboriculture practices within outdoor environments
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage.
Valid certification in arboriculture.
A recognised qualification or background in Arboriculture is advantageous

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
