BAWA Leisure is an unincoporated members' association that has been growing and developing since 1942. BAWA is a ‘not-for-profit’ organisation offering healthcare and leisure services and facilities with the aim of promoting good health and wellbeing for our many thousands of members and providing premier conference, events and entertainment facilities.

Front of House Assistant

Our fantastic hospitality team are looking for an individual to join them who is passionate about creating a positive customer experience and is reliable and enthusiastic. The position requires flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities include:

To deliver high quality service to our members, guests and clients by working in the bar and catering areas across a wide range of events.
To ensure all our guests and clients have an excellent experience at BAWA Leisure and that their event goes smoothly, helping with any queries or requests that may arise throughout the event.
To maintain a high level of tidiness and cleanliness of our hospitality areas, function rooms and stores.

You must be able to work well with others in a team environment, be a confident communicatior and have excellent customer service skills. A can-do attitude is important and a desire to share the BAWA committment to customer service.

Some weekend and evening work will be required.
