About Us

Everstone Living is a growing property & management company based in Bristol. Our team is friendly, supportive, and passionate about making a difference in our sector.

We’re looking for an Office & Front of House Coordinator to be the welcoming face for our onsite client and help keep the office running smoothly.

The Role

This is a varied, people‑focused role where you’ll support both visitors and internal teams. You’ll manage reception, help with day‑to‑day office tasks, and make sure our workspace feels organised, professional, and welcoming.

If you enjoy helping people, keeping things tidy, and being part of a positive team, this role will suit you well.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting visitors and creating a friendly, professional first impression
Managing reception, meeting rooms, and general organisation
Handling calls, emails, and daily enquiries & sorting mail, parcels, and deliveries
Assisting with visitor hospitality and maintaining kitchen facilities
Keeping communal areas tidy, stocked, and running smoothly
Assisting with general admin and property coordination & compliance

Working Hours

40 hours per week
Monday to Friday

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, confident, and great with people
Organised and reliable, with good attention to detail
Comfortable juggling different tasks throughout the day
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Experience in reception or office support is helpful
