Full job description

Are you an experienced legal administrator seeking a new challenge, or an assistant looking for your next move? Look no further! We're recruiting a Legal Team Assistant to join our Bristol office. This role offers top-class training, a tailored career development programme, and a competitive salary.
As a Legal Team Assistant at Burges Salmon, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of your department. You'll work closely with our lawyers, providing support across a wide range of tasks, including:
Full production of documents (incorporating changes made by lawyers)
Diary management and liaising with Counsel and Tribunals
Reporting
Client onboarding and managing files
Producing invoices
Creating and managing disclosure bundles
We offer every new starter a thorough induction and excellent training on our in house legal systems (including iManage and Aderant). Knowledge of these specific systems is not essential but we do require a confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Previous legal experience (desirable)
Strong background in administration, ideally within legal professional services.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Good attention to detail
