THG LABS offers a unique end-to-end service specialising in the development and supply of premium beauty and cosmetic products to highly respected brands and retailers on a global scale. We now have over 400 talented individuals working across our sites in Trowbridge, Frome and Radstock – including a state-of-the-art laboratory and 98,000 square foot ever-developing manufacturing site.
We are now searching for a positive and pro-active Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced team at our Frome site on a full-time basis.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm & Friday 7am-3.30pm
Salary: £29,500 per annum
Core Responsibilities:
The Logistics Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Supply Manager, oversees outbound shipments of finished goods, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch.
Administrative:
- Coordinate within Supply team to receive outbound collection notes.
- Generate picks and ensure accurate documentation (Headers, Pick Sheets, Delivery Notes).
- Control inbound delivery bookings via internal intranet application.
- Process transport Purchase Orders in the ERP system and liaise with haulers.
- Manage electronic filing.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Working Environment
- Ensure GMP, hygiene and quality standards are maintained.
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations, addressing and escalating issues as needed.
- Drive service improvements through process innovation.
