Full job description

Full-time | Bristol

Quinn Clinics is a doctor-led medical aesthetics and skin clinic in Bristol, and we are looking for a friendly, confident and commercially minded Patient Bookings & Enquiries Administrator to join our team. This is a key front-line role within the clinic. You will often be the first person a new or existing patient speaks to, so we are looking for someone who can deliver an exceptional first impression, build rapport quickly and confidently guide patients through their enquiry to booking. This isn't simply an administrative or reception position. We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking to people, is comfortable discussing treatments and prices, and understands the importance of following up enquiries and converting genuine interest into appointments.

The Role Your responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming telephone calls in a warm, professional and confident manner
Responding promptly to patient emails, website enquiries and messages
Making outgoing calls to patients who have contacted the clinic or expressed an interest in treatment
Booking consultations, treatments and follow-up appointments
Talking patients through the different services available at Quinn Clinics
Following up new enquiries and helping convert them into bookings
Managing appointment changes and general patient queries
Maintaining accurate patient information and booking records
Supporting the wider reception, bookings and clinical teams
Helping ensure every patient receives an excellent experience from their first enquiry onwards

About YouWe are looking for someone who is naturally personable and enjoys speaking to people.Ideally, you will have previous experience within sales, customer service, reception, bookings or a similar telephone-based role.Experience within a medical clinic, aesthetics, beauty, cosmetic surgery, dentistry, private healthcare or another premium customer-facing environment would be particularly advantageous, although it isn't essential.You will need to be:

Friendly, approachable and confident on the telephone
Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls
Naturally good at building rapport and understanding what a patient is looking for
Sales-minded without being pushy
Confident discussing prices and encouraging patients to book
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working with email, booking systems and digital enquiries
Reliable and able to manage a busy workload
Positive, proactive and happy to follow up enquiries rather than waiting for patients to contact us again
A genuine team player who is willing to support colleagues when needed
