Rentokil Specialist Hygiene Administrator

We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our dedicated team at the Bristol branch. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and playing a key part in keeping things organised, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Administrator Role

This role will support the Branch Manager and Service Manager to ensure the smooth running of the branch operations. Key responsibilities include:

Processing sales to comply with our company regulations and guidance
Responding to business demands from Sales, Service or Branch Manager
Releasing invoices for payments and chasing debt
Managing and monitoring various reports and data
Using RI specific database which you would receive full training on
Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email

Requirements

Administrator Requirements:

Previous administrative experience with good IT skills would be preferred
Proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel
Good attention to detail as you must work with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work using your own initiative and be a good team player
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
