Fulfilment Associate

Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment?

Huboo is on the lookout for proactive Fulfilment Associates to support our busy fulfilment operations, making sure our customers’ orders are picked, packed, and dispatched with accuracy and care. You’ll play a key role on the warehouse floor, working as part of a team to keep everything running smoothly.

We’re a tech-driven eCommerce fulfilment company, helping online sellers scale by offering global fulfilment services and this is your chance to be part of our exciting growth journey.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Fulfilment Associate, you'll be at the heart of our operations, with key responsibilities including:

Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Working efficiently in a busy warehouse environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Replenishing inventory and managing stock levels as required.
Collaborating with colleagues across departments to share information and support operations.
Maintaining a clean, organised workspace and adhering to health & safety standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

We’d love to hear from you if you have the following experience and attributes:

Comfortable with physically demanding work (including heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and reaching).
Able to work in variable temperature conditions.
Strong communication skills for timely reporting of issues.
Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Committed to consistently delivering high performance in a repetitive work environment.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary of £30,000
Exciting, fast-paced work environment with real opportunities to grow

Shift options:

Sunday to Wednesday: 10-hour shift between 13:00pm – 23:00pm
Wednesday to Saturday: 10-hour shift between 13:00pm – 23:00pm
