Join Our Team as a Dental Receptionist/Administrator at Smile Orchard Dental Practice!

Location: Frenchay, Bristol

Due to expanding our team Smile Orchard Dental Practice is currently seeking a dedicated Front of house/Receptionist to provide exceptional front desk functions at our state-of-the-art Dental Practice facility in Frenchay. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in delivering high quality customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

Responsibilities:

Greeting patients warmly and creating a positive first impression.
Booking and rescheduling dental appointments.
Cash handling and processing payments.
Explaining treatment plans to patients and signing them up for the Smile Orchard Care Plan..
Working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor.
Demonstrating a good understanding of and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Working independently, proactively, and efficiently under pressure.
