£30,000 – £35,000 basic salary + commission

Location
Hybrid role, suited to candidates based in the South West, including Somerset, Bristol, or Bath.

Mortgage Adviser Responsibilities;

Provide mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
Manage client relationships throughout the mortgage process
Work with warm leads supplied by local estate agents
Maintain professional communication with clients and third parties
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Collaborate effectively within a small remote team
Deliver excellent customer service and positive client outcomes

Experience needed to become a Mortgage Adviser;

Must have experience as a Mortgage Adviser
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently within a remote environment
Organised, self-motivated, and professional approach
Comfortable managing client cases from enquiry through to completion
