Full job description

Are you passionate about delivering the very best culinary experience to guests? Would you like to work within a prestigious and award-winning 5 red-star environment where you can earn a generous share of service charge in addition to your salary

The Royal Crescent Hotel and Spa is seeking new members to join its talented team of chefs. Renowned for delivering the very best quality of service for guests, you'll be joining a team that demonstrates natural talent and creative flair.

With experience in a similar role within a Rosette and/or Michelin star kitchen in a variety of sections, the ideal candidate will be passionate about cookery and relish working in a fast-paced and team-focused environment where every attention to the finest detail is afforded to award-winning dishes.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thrive in a busy working environment and have the ability to work on your own initiative and calmly when under pressure. Creative talent, on the job training and career progression is widely supported.

You will enjoy two rest days and work 5 shifts across a 7 day period.
