Full job description

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an Administrator to join our busy Agricultural and Residential Sales Office in Redhill, Bristol. This is a key role within the team, supporting the delivery of exceptional service to both internal colleagues and external clients.

This is a fast-paced and demanding position, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, professional environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and producing sales particulars
Drafting valuation reports, letters, and invoices
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider team
Handling general enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Managing diaries and coordinating appointments
Assisting with property viewings when required

The person:
We are looking for a motivated and personable individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative role within a busy environment.While experience in the rural or property sector would be an advantage, it is not essential.

Skills & Experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong typing speed and accuracy (audio typing experience desirable but not essential)
Highly organised and methodical approach to work
Client-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships
Proven experience providing administrative support
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
A full UK driving licence and daily access to a motor vehicle

This is full time, permanent role. You will be required to work full time Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm.
