Full job description

Are you looking for the next step in your property career? Or perhaps you’ve got transferable skills in customer service, compliance, or administration and want to break into the property industry? We’re expanding our team and are on the lookout for a Property Manager who is organised, proactive, and great with people.

By joining us, you’ll take on your own set of around 150 properties, build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants, and help us keep everything running smoothly. You won’t just be ticking boxes — you’ll be making a real difference to how we deliver quality service every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but your main responsibilities will include:

Managing your own portfolio of around 100 properties.
Building strong, trusted relationships with landlords and tenants.
Carrying out inspections, inventories, and ensuring properties meet compliance standards.
Handling maintenance issues quickly and visiting properties when needed.
Supporting key compliance projects.
Assisting with student viewings and covering holidays or peak periods so the team always delivers.

About You

Proactive, solution-focused, and confident making decisions.
Interested in property, compliance, and building a career in the industry.

Previous property management experience is great — but not essential. If you have transferable skills in customer service, administration, or compliance, and the right attitude to learn, we’ll support you with training and development.
