Bartender/Server (Part-Time)

Overview

Join our vibrant team at Artist Residence as a Bartender and be part of a fun, friendly environment where we pride ourselves on providing a warm welcome and exceptional service to every guest.

As part of our close-knit team, you'll help create a true home-away-from-home experience in one of our unique and characterful locations. Previous experience working behind a busy bar is preferred, along with a passion for cocktails, great drinks, and delivering outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Prepare and serve a range of drinks, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation behind the bar.
Handle payments accurately and confidently using the till system.
Follow food hygiene and licensing regulations at all times.
Help with stock replenishment and maintain an organised bar area.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous bartending experience in a busy hospitality environment (preferred).
A genuine passion for cocktails, drinks, and hospitality.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong time management and the ability to work well under pressure.
A positive attitude and a willingness to support the wider team.
Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food hygiene and licensing regulations is desirable.
