Social Media Manager (Hospitality & Culture)

We’re not looking for someone to “manage posts.”

We’re looking for someone to shape a vibe.

We’re a fast-growing hospitality brand blending great food, great people, and great music — and we want our online presence to feel just as alive as our spaces. If you’re the kind of person who spots trends before they happen, knows what makes people stop scrolling, and actually enjoys being creative, this could be your thing.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take the lead on everything social — from big-picture ideas to day-to-day execution:

- Building and owning a bold, creative social strategy that actually stands out

- Creating content people want to engage with (not just polished, but real, fun, and on-brand)

- Running our channels across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and beyond

- Jumping on trends, experimenting with formats, and pushing ideas that feel fresh

- Engaging with our audience like a human, not a corporate voice

- Working closely with our team to bring campaigns, events, and launches to life

- Tracking performance and constantly refining what works (and what doesn’t)

What we’re looking for

- Someone creative, proactive, and full of ideas — not afraid to try something different

- A strong understanding of hospitality, culture, and how people connect in real spaces

- A genuine interest in music and how it shapes atmosphere and community

- Someone who gets Bristol — its energy, its people, its scene

- Experience managing social media or digital campaigns (you know your way around the platforms)

- Strong writing skills and a natural feel for tone and storytelling

- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and moving at pace
