Overview

Join us as a Housekeeper/Cleaner and play a vital role in creating spotless, welcoming environments for us and our bed and breakfast guests. This energetic position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional cleaning services that exceed expectations. Your dedication will ensure our spaces are pristine, comfortable, and inviting for everyone who walks through the door.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas according to established standards
Handle laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing when required
Restock supplies like toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials to ensure smooth operations
Report any maintenance issues or damages to us promptly to uphold safety and quality standards
Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a safe environment for clients and team members
Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address special requests

Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
Reliable transportation to reach Dolphin Boatyard area of Galmpton
Attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
