Full job description

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting chefs and kitchen staff during service.

Key Responsibilities

Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
Assist with basic food preparation when required.
Empty bins and ensure waste is disposed of correctly.
Receive and store deliveries following company procedures.
Keep storage areas organised and tidy.
Support chefs and kitchen staff with daily operational tasks.
Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Previous kitchen porter experience is preferred but not essential.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
