About Isca Decorating Company

We are a professional Exeter-based decorating contractor specialising in high-quality commercial projects across Devon. Our work includes offices, educational facilities, and retail environments. We are known for our reliability, high standards, and strong on-site reputation.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled Painter & Decorator who takes pride in their work and consistently delivers a high standard on commercial projects.

Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality interior and exterior finishes
Full preparation, including filling, sanding, and priming
Working efficiently and safely on active commercial sites
Maintaining clean and organised working areas
Representing the company professionally on-site

What We're Looking For

Proven painting and decorating experience
Strong attention to detail and finish quality
Good attitude and reliability (non-negotiable)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
CSCS card and driving licence preferred
