Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join our talented small team of chefs. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook dishes to the restaurant's specifications.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seasonal menus.

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of your workstation.

- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-quality kitchen.

- Passion for seafood and grill cooking.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Driven to progress and develop culinary skills.
