Full job description

The Banks & Bearwood Medical Practice is looking for a Practice Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team covering 26.5 hours per week Monday / Wednesday and Friday. Previous GP Practice experience is preferred but full training will be given to the successful candidate; previous experience of TPP SystmOne would be advantageous.

The successful applicant will provide assistance to the Surgery Manager in all areas of administration including IT and Data Quality administration and in this respect, support the ongoing development of the Practice for the benefit of our patients and staff.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate excellent organisation and prioritising skills and be able to multi-task. They must be diligent, hard-working and have excellent attention to detail. They must possess good oral and written communication skills, have a high-level IT capability and be able to work calmly under pressure and on their own initiative.
