Job Title: Trainee Outbound Sales Executive – Renewable Energy Overview

We are seeking dynamic, articulate, and results-driven Outbound Sales Executives to join our expanding team. We are looking for motivated individuals with a positive attitude, a confident phone manner, and a willingness to learn. In this position, you will receive full comprehensive training to successfully drive new business opportunities through professional, proactive outreach, introducing homeowners to our premium solar energy and home improvement solutions. This position offers a supportive, fast-paced environment with a strong culture of recognition, a steady weekly retainer, and uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

Conduct professional outbound introductory calls to residential prospects to identify new business opportunities.
Educate homeowners on the long-term financial savings and environmental benefits of sustainable home improvements.
Secure and schedule qualified consultations for our field energy consultants and surveyors.
Build initial rapport, identify homeowner needs, and professionally manage objections by communicating clear value propositions.
Collaborate closely with the wider sales and administration teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, green energy incentives, and product updates.

Experience & Requirements

No sales experience required—full training is provided from day one.
Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with a professional, engaging telephone manner.
A target-driven mindset with the motivation to consistently achieve daily contact and booking goals.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your day effectively.
A positive, resilient attitude and a team-player approach to achieving collective targets.

Position Details & Compensation
This is a stable self-employed / freelance contractor engagement designed for driven individuals looking for an exceptional, uncapped reward structure within a collaborative team.

Expected Earnings: £400.00 – £1,000.00+ per week (Uncapped OTE)
Base Retainer: £400.00 per week steady retainer.
Consultation Bonus: £50.00 for every scheduled appointment that successfully takes place.
Sales Commission: An additional 2% commission on the total contract value of every closed project originating from your leads.
Earning Potential: While steady performers average £400–£650 per week, our top earners regularly achieve £1,000+ per week through consistent performance.

Pay: £400.00-£1,000.00 per week
