Magnolia Landscapes is a growing landscaping company specialising in high-quality garden construction and outdoor spaces across South West London and Surrey. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we are looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman / Team Leader to join our expanding team.
We are looking for someone reliable, organised, hardworking, and professional who takes genuine pride in delivering high standards of work and leading a team positively on-site.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing landscaping projects on-site, leading a small team, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to an excellent standard.
Projects include:
- Porcelain and natural stone paving
- Timber work and fencing
- Decking
- Artificial grass
- Planting
- Full garden transformations
Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating a landscaping team
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Reading and working from plans/drawings
- Communicating professionally with clients
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Organising materials and workflow efficiently
- Ensuring sites remain clean, safe, and well organised
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscaping and garden construction
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to problem solve and work independently
- Full clean UK driving licence essential
