OTE £100,000+ | Leads Provided | Full Training | Bromley

We’re looking for a consultative, relationship-focused salesperson to join our growing team as a Commercial Finance Broker.

You do not need previous commercial finance or broking experience. What matters is that you’re confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers, able to understand their needs, and focused on building genuine, long-term client relationships.

Our approach is simple: the client comes first. We take the time to understand each business, what they are trying to achieve and what solution is genuinely right for them. We’re not interested in pressure selling or pushing products that don’t fit.

The Role

You’ll speak with UK business owners and decision-makers who are looking for funding, with leads provided.

Your role will be to:

Understand each client’s business, goals and funding needs
Take a consultative approach to recommending suitable finance solutions
Build trust and develop long-term client relationships
Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion
Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline effectively
Generate repeat business through excellent service and relationship management

Who We’re Looking For

We’re particularly interested in people from a consultative sales background who are used to dealing with business owners, Managing Directors or senior stakeholders.

You may come from B2B sales, recruitment, property, professional services, telecoms, financial services or another high-value sales environment.

You’ll ideally be:

Consultative and client-focused
Confident speaking with senior decision-makers
Commercially minded and able to understand a business’s needs
Strong at building trust and long-term relationships
Professional, credible and a good communicator
Organised, proactive and disciplined with follow-up
Ambitious and motivated by results and earning potential
