Part-Time Sales Representative – Commission-Based with Salary Opportunity After Trial Period

Location: London / East London
Job Type: Part-time, flexible
Pay: Commission-based for the first 2 months, with salary opportunity after successful trial
Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for a confident, motivated and professional Part-Time Sales Representative to help us grow our customer base.

We provide EPOS systems, online ordering websites and digital solutions for restaurants, takeaways, cafés and small businesses. Our aim is to help local businesses take more orders, manage sales more easily and grow their business with modern technology.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting business owners, speaking to restaurants and takeaways, and building strong relationships.

About the Role

You will visit restaurants, takeaways, cafés and local businesses to introduce our EPOS and our online ordering system. We will provide you with a list of businesses to contact, but you will also be expected to find new businesses and create your own leads.

For the first 2 months, this role will be commission-based as a trial period. After the trial period, we will review your performance and discuss a suitable payment structure, which may include a regular salary, commission, or both.

Main Responsibilities

Visit restaurants, takeaways, cafés and small businesses
Introduce Sordin EPOS and online ordering services
Explain the benefits of our system to business owners
Use the business list provided by the company
Find new businesses and generate your own leads
Follow up with interested customers
Arrange demos or meetings where needed
Build good relationships with local business owners
Help increase our customer base
Report progress, feedback and leads to the team

What We Are Looking For

Confident and professional communication skills
Friendly, motivated and target-driven attitude
Ability to speak to business owners face-to-face
Good customer service and people skills
Able to work independently
Reliable and well-organised
Interest in sales, business development or technology
Knowledge of restaurants, takeaways or EPOS systems would be helpful

Takeaway or restaurant marketing

Customer acquisition

Previous experience selling to restaurants, takeaways or small businesses will be a strong advantage.
